OPEN GYM
All Ages Open Gym
This is a fun, unstructured time for everyone! Whether you're a parent looking for a great way to bond with your kids or an athlete who wants to practice a specific skill, our All Ages Open Gym provides a safe and supervised environment for all.
Please note: this is an unstructured playtime and does not include coaching. Guardian attendance is required for all participants.
Price: $5 per hour per participant.
Tiny Toes Open Gym
Designed specifically for our youngest gymnasts (crawling to 3 years old), Tiny Toes Open Gym is a perfect introduction to the world of gymnastics. This playtime is filled with soft mats, low-to-the-ground equipment, and plenty of room to crawl, roll, and explore. It's a great chance for toddlers to burn off energy, socialize with other little ones, and develop their motor skills in a fun and playful setting.

Team Open Gym
Our Team Open Gym is designed exclusively for our experienced, competitive athletes. This is your chance to put in extra work on a new skill, perfect a routine element, or focus on a specific technique outside of your regular team practice. Our coaches are on hand to provide supervision and guidance as you push yourself to the next level in a focused and productive environment.
Price: $15 per hour, with a $5 discount for current members.
Adult Open Gym
It’s never too late to start! Our Adult Open Gym provides a safe and welcoming space for all adults, from complete beginners to experienced gymnasts. Whether you want to learn a basic cartwheel, get back into your old tumbling passes, or just flip for fun, you can practice and refine your skills in a judgment-free zone. It’s a great workout and a fun way to reconnect with your inner child.
Price: $15 per hour, with a $5 discount for current members.
