1:1 Coaching - Focused Progress
Give your athlete dedicated time with a Calvary coach to work toward their individual goals. Private lessons provide personalized instruction, focused repetitions, and immediate feedback in an encouraging environment.
Private lessons are available to both current Calvary athletes and athletes who are not currently enrolled in one of our classes.
Personalized Coaching for Your Athlete
Every athlete develops differently. A private lesson allows the coach to tailor the entire hour to your athlete’s current abilities, confidence, and goals.
Private lessons can be used to:
Build confidence with a challenging skill
Improve technique and body positions
Receive focused instruction and corrections
Work through fear or mental blocks
Get additional repetitions outside of regular practice
Prepare for evaluations, tryouts, or an upcoming season
Private lessons are designed to support an athlete’s regular training and are not a replacement for consistent participation in classes or team practices.
Private Lesson Pricing
Current Calvary Customers
$75 for one hour
This rate is available to athletes currently enrolled in a Calvary class or competitive team program.
Non-Customers
$85 for one hour
Athletes do not need to be currently enrolled at Calvary to schedule a private lesson.
Deposit
A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your lesson.
How to Book
Private lesson availability varies based on our coaches’ schedules. To see the most current coaches, dates, and appointment times, visit our online booking page or log in to your Customer Portal.
1. View the current private lesson openings.
2. Select your preferred coach, date, and time.
3. Pay the $25 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your lesson.
4. Come ready to work toward your goals!
5. Remaining Balance for the Private Lesson will be paid directly to the coach.
Can we request a specific skill to work on?
Yes! You can share your athlete’s goals when scheduling or discuss them with the coach at the beginning of the lesson. The coach will evaluate the athlete and create a safe, productive plan for the hour.
Can we choose our coach?
Available coaches will be listed on the booking page. Coach availability may change throughout the year.
What if I do not see a time that works?
Availability is updated as coaching schedules allow. Please check back for additional openings or contact the Calvary front desk for assistance.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The $25 deposit reserves your selected appointment and is nonrefundable.
Can we reschedule?
Yes, we understand things come up. You may reschedule your lesson within 24 hours of the lesson time. Just contact our front desk and we will help you reschedule.
