Makeup Policy:
We allow for 1 makeup per month for each foundational class. Makeups may be used at open gym or in another class time option for the class your athlete is enrolled in, as long as there are open spots available. Makeups expire after 90 days. No Makeups are offered for our competitive teams.
Photo & Release
We ask that you only take videos and pictures of your own athletes. No flash photography for the safety of the athletes.
Registration & Fees
Fees will be charged on the first of the month for the month you are enrolled.
A non-refundable annual registration fee of $25 will be charged following your first class.
Our classes are a set tuition, months with 5 weeks or months with 3 weeks will not be prorated.
Scheduled Closings
Calvary Elite will be closed on the following dates. No makeup will be provided for the scheduled dates of closing.

Week after State Gymnastics Meet (Usually last weekend in March)
4th of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Cancellation Policy
You must submit your drop request to our office on or before the 25th of the month prior in order to be dropped from a class and to be removed from billing. If your drop is received after the 25th of the month prior you will be charged for that next month and dropped for the following month.

Attendance
Makeups
We allow for 1 makeup per month for each foundational class. Makeups may be used at open gym or in another class time option for the class your athlete is enrolled in, as long as there are open spots available. Makeups expire after 90 days. No Makeups are offered for our competitive teams.
Combined Classes
We reserve the right to combine classes if needed for any reason as a last resort to ensure your athlete has consistent and qualified gymnastics coaches.
Reduced Time
If class has 2 or less in attendance we reserve the right to reduce class time by no more than 15 minutes to ensure the safety and quality of the gymnastics we teach.
General Policies
Shoes, coats, and other belongings must be stored neatly in the designated area.
No gum or snacks in the gym.
Water Bottles must have a secured lid and remain in the designated areas.
Athletes should be wearing appropriate clothing (shirt, shorts or pants) that is designed to be active in.
Parents are always allowed to stay and watch their children's class. Those watching must stay in the viewing area and may not enter the gym unless requested.
Parents MUST stay in the building for athletes 5 years and under.
